When: Mom clicked something weird. A "bank" text wants her to verify. A caller says her computer has a virus.
Paste the message or describe the call. Get a risk band, the warning signs, what not to do, a safe verification path, and reporting links — plus a short version to forward to your parent.

When: "Make the text bigger." "The TV won't show anything." "Who keeps calling?" — and you need steps that don't assume prior knowledge.
Pick a device and a task. Get six steps or fewer, one action per step, with "what you should see," a version and last-checked date, and a fallback to official documentation. Print or large-print versions included.
