Corrections

Mistakes happen. What matters is what happens next: we fix them, we say so, and we log it here so the record is honest. Serious safety errors get immediate repair — this log never waits for a "correction cycle."

How to report an error

Use the contact page. The most useful reports include: the page URL, what you expected, what you saw, and (for device instructions) the device model and operating-system version. We read every report.

What counts as a material correction

  • A factual claim that was wrong and could mislead a decision.
  • Device instructions that no longer match the current interface.
  • A source link that broke or pointed somewhere misleading.
  • Any safety-related wording change, however small.

Minor copy edits and internal link fixes don't need a log entry, but substantive changes always get one — and pages whose content changed carry an updated last-reviewed date per the editorial policy.
